o make sure it is clear "no changes after tech Sunday"

  • Set needs to take time to build into account
  • Need to take other shows into account
  • Need to think about nature of show into account when planning scheduals and bugets
  • Think about what will be done if something doesn't work

o Plan some time for fixes o Plan to build/make and then change o Allow flexibility in deadlines

  • Make sure people know about all of the resourses avalible and how to contact them

o Build contact list o Build conflict list

  • Strict deadlines ex-> lines memorized, shows blocked
  • Other members of the club should help the tech build and such
  • Use the players list to send out 'help' pleas
  • Maybe don't give people multiple jobs that directly interfere with each other
  • Apprentices:

o They worked well o add some more responsiblity o give props an official apprentice o helps the freshman feel like they can put in for a production role

  • T-comm chair should always be on production list
  • T-comm chair could have workshops on how to do stuff
  • T-comm chair should work with production roles
  • Set-shop: show people where stuff goes
  • Set-shop: better organization
  • There needs to be time between shows to clean and put stuff away
  • YAG not in the playhouse all the time, there will be a schedual for when they are not there so people can get in and clean
  • YAG is ok with us being in there so long as we don't interfere with what they are doing
  • Membership event: sleepover and clean-up thingy
  • Lost tool box - put tools in there so that they don't get lost
  • more time/space for stage fighting
  • possibly renting weapons
  • don't change fight coryography ever - changes can be dangerous
  • many things could have been brought up at the production meeting - people just wanted to get out of there
  • make sure special effects are set early
  • maybe create a special effects department
  • establish any non-conventitional departments at the begining of the production
