- communication
o make sure it is clear "no changes after tech Sunday"
- Set needs to take time to build into account
- Need to take other shows into account

- Think about what will be done if something doesn't work
o Plan some time for fixes o Plan to build/make and then change o Allow flexibility in deadlines
- Make sure people know about all of the resourses avalible and how to contact them
o Build contact list o Build conflict list
- Strict deadlines ex-> lines memorized, shows blocked
- Other members of the club should help the tech build and such
- Use the players list to send out 'help' pleas
- Maybe don't give people multiple jobs that directly interfere with each other
- Apprentices:
o They worked well o add some more responsiblity o give props an official apprentice o helps the freshman feel like they can put in for a production role
- T-comm chair should always be on production list
- T-comm chair could have workshops on how to do stuff
- T-comm chair should work with production roles
- Set-shop: show people where stuff goes
- Set-shop: better organization
- There needs to be time between shows to clean and put stuff away
- YAG not in the playhouse all the time, there will be a schedual for when they are not there so people can get in and clean
- YAG is ok with us being in there so long as we don't interfere with what they are doing
- Membership event: sleepover and clean-up thingy
- Lost tool box - put tools in there so that they don't get lost
- more time/space for stage fighting
- possibly renting weapons
- don't change fight coryography ever - changes can be dangerous
- many things could have been brought up at the production meeting - people just wanted to get out of there
- make sure special effects are set early
- maybe create a special effects department
- establish any non-conventitional departments at the begining of the production
